C\u0153urs R\u00e9sistants est une association non religieuse \u00e0 but non lucratif qui lutte contre la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 et promeut l’inclusion sociale. Elle propose notamment un soutien alimentaire aux personnes en situation de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9, en toute impartialit\u00e9 et sans discrimination.<\/p>\n

Les missions de l\u2019association s\u2019articulent entre trois activit\u00e9s principales : un lieu de r\u00e9pit pour les personnes \u00e0 la rue, des maraudes et la distribution de paniers alimentaires gratuits.<\/p>\n

Nous proposons aux personnes aid\u00e9es la possibilit\u00e9 de devenir b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, avec un engagement sans contrainte (adh\u00e9sion libre, pas de fr\u00e9quence minimale). S\u2019investir b\u00e9n\u00e9volement peut alors se pr\u00e9senter comme une \u00e9tape dans la reconstruction des personnes vivant \u00e0 la rue et plus largement dans celle des personnes connaissant des difficult\u00e9s socio-\u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n

Nous d\u00e9fendons l\u2019id\u00e9e que participer aux activit\u00e9s et au d\u00e9veloppement de notre association permet la mise en action et la reprise de confiance, avec un droit \u00e0 l\u2019erreur accept\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Nos d\u00e9cisions sont prises de mani\u00e8re coll\u00e9giale. Chaque jour, on invite les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer lors de temps de discussion. Cette participation \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision favorise l\u2019implication et la capacitation, et nous permet de constamment r\u00e9ajuster nos pratiques aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain.<\/p>\n

Enfin, les membres du bureau de Coeurs R\u00e9sistants sont \u00e9lus parmi les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, qui sont ainsi appel\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre part aux grandes orientations de l\u2019association et \u00e0 la repr\u00e9senter publiquement.<\/p>\n
